MEETINGS

All Full Council meetings and Committee meetings are open to the public and commence with a public forum.

Full Council meetings and Finance Committee meetings are held in the URC Main Hall, Stebbing Road, Felsted, Dunmow, Essex.

Planning Committee meetings and Highways Committee meetings are held virtually. Please contact the Assistant Clerk (ku.vog.cp-detslefobfsctd-3d4ab9@krelctssa) for a Zoom link if you wish to attend a virtual meeting.

Once a year, an Annual Parish Meeting is held in Spring, usually in April or May.

The Agendas and Minutes of the Council are published on the 6 Council noticeboards:

• Outside Linsell’s shop
• Opposite the Primary School at Watch House Green
• On the junction of Rayne Road & Burnstie Road in Bannister Green
• Main Road, Willows Green
• On the B1417 at Gransmore Green
• On Chelmsford Road outside the Telephone Exchange
